Calphalon is one of America's most recognized cookware brands, but in a crowded, increasingly design-forward market, recognition alone no longer converts. The challenge was to build a coherent brand architecture that could communicate clear value across three product tiers while modernizing the visual identity across packaging, retail, and digital touch-points.
The work spanned brand strategy, a tiered color system, photography direction, retail packaging redesign, and Amazon storefront optimization.
